Adopt-a-Highway

These people are my heroes!

I believe that actions speak louder than words.

To that end, gbag has adopted 2, two-mile stretches of Highway 126 in Central Oregon (four miles of roadside in total). It was easy! And free! If you see an Adopt-a-Highway or an Adopt-a-Road sign without another sign beneath it, that stretch of road is available for adoption! Here’s the link for the Oregon Department of Transportation website. You must be willing to commit to at least one year of volunteer service with litter clean up four times a year. Find the Adopt-a-Highway or Adopt-a-Road program in your area and make a difference!
